Lighthouse Lullaby opens in Maryport, West Cumbria, UK

Commissioned by Fold in Cumbria Lighthouse Lullaby was premiered in Maryport, West Cumbria in January 2009. It is an electroacoustic composition composed specified for the beautiful Maryport Lighthouse on its 150th birthday.  The lighthouse was opened to the general public for the first time in fifty years to mark the occasion. Lighthouse Lullaby was featured on BBC Radio 4’s The Today Programme and Channel 4’s Big Art Mob.
